Martuni and Shushi and various large rural communities of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) are being shelled at this moment. This is what Spokesperson of the President of Artsakh Vahram Poghosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that the consequences of this shelling remains unknown.

“The ceasefire regime isn’t being maintained at all, and it wasn’t maintained all day long. The adversary made artillery strikes in the northern and southern directions,” he said.
