The war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh continues to this day. Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), stated this at Sunday morning’s press conference.
He said that Azerbaijan was aggressively violating the ceasefire that was reached Friday in Moscow, adding that the adversary had also fired on peaceful settlements of Artsakh.
