Yerevan confirms that Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will leave for Moscow on an earlier planned visit. Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan told TASS on Sunday.
"The visit was announced last week—before the trilateral meeting [on Friday between the FMs of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan]. This is the official visit of the Foreign Minister to Moscow; he will arrive tonight. Now he is in Yerevan," the ambassador said.
