From the very beginning of the war, the civilian population of Artsakh was actively and deliberately targeted by the adversary. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) ombudsman Artak Beglaryan said this at Sunday evening’s press conference.

According to him, 25 people were killed and 102 were injured until last night as a result of Azerbaijan’s targeting the civilian population of Artsakh.

As per Beglaryan, analyzing the criteria of the victims, they came to the conclusion that Azerbaijan has systematically and continuously targeted the civilian population of Karabakh, and has used high-precision weapons and long-range missiles in the direction of residential buildings.
