Today, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, violating the ceasefire agreement, launched an offensive in Artsakh’s (Nagorno-Karabakh) southern and northern directions, in particular, carrying out an attack accompanied by the firing of armored vehicles and missiles. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, said this during a press conference Sunday evening, adding that the adversary lost armored vehicles and was driven back in the northern direction.

"There has also been some advancement in the southern direction, which has been stopped. One UAV was hit during the day. In some places, however, there was a relatively calm situation, no intense fire from large-caliber weapons was shot, but the ceasefire regime was not fully maintained, which would allow the removal of corpses and, as we had agreed, the exchange of POWs," Hovhannisyan said.
