Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan has signed a decision on the program of importing a number of goods received by the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.
Accordingly, the program of importing several medical products sent by the US Armenia Fund to the Hayastan All Armenian Fund in order to deliver to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) free of charge shall be qualified as charity.
