On September 28, 2020, the Investigative Committee of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) disseminated information regarding the unleashing of an aggressive war in gross violation of the norms of international law and assigned the investigation to an investigative group, which undertook implementation of urgent investigative and procedural actions.

In addition, the Investigative Committee launched another criminal case in regard to mercenarism.

The investigative group is implementing urgent and wholescale investigative actions and carrying out a full, comprehensive and objective preliminary investigation due to the importance of every investigative action.
