Azerbaijan isn’t implementing and wasn’t preparing to implement the agreements reached in Moscow. This is what representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan said during a briefing this evening.

Hovhannisyan added that the assurances of Azerbaijan’s military-political leadership about the willingness to implement the agreements are also lies and that, for some reason, Azerbaijan is constantly trying to destabilize the situation and unleash hostilities.
