The night was restless in Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert towns. Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Tuesday morning wrote this on Facebook.
“Azerbaijan continued to bomb Artsakh settlements, violating the ceasefire regime declared on October 10 for humanitarian purposes. Civilian facilities were targeted at night. One apartment burnt in Martakert. There are no casualties and wounded,” Poghosyan added.
