Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Josep Borrell, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, discussed the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
They discussed the avenues for this conflict’s settlement in accordance with last week’s Moscow statement of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan.
