Leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov reported on his Telegram that the terrorists destroyed during the special operation in Grozny Oktyabrsk region had come from Syria to make terrorist attacks in Chechnya.

Kadyrov added that the terrorists were fugitives outside of Russia and were hiding in Syria and other countries and have now returned to carry out terrorist attacks by the order of their patrons in the West.

Kadyrov added that the militants had been wanted for a long time and announced data regarding those who were disarmed (three of them are originally from Grozny, but registered in Chechnya, and the fourth is registered in Chechnya, but there are no data regarding his place of birth).
