Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in Moscow, and the parties affirmed their inclination to settle the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh exclusively through political and diplomatic means, as reported the press service of the Security Council.

“Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in Moscow. The meeting was held within the scope of implementation of the initiatives of the Russian Federation aimed at stabilizing the situation in the South Caucasus. The parties affirmed their inclination to make further efforts to settle the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone exclusively through political and diplomatic means,” the press release reads.
