Artsakh President spokesperson: Representatives of Hadrut region granted Order of the Combat Cross

Spokesperson of the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Vahram Poghosyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“President of Artsakh Arayik Haroutyunyan has granted the 1^st Degree Order of the Combat Cross to head of the regional administration of Hadrut Kamo Petrosyan and employee of the National Security Service of Hadrut Sergey Mirzoyan for exceptional courage shown while defending the state border of Artsakh during the large-scale hostilities unleashed by the enemy.
