Armenian Unified Infocenter has published on Wednesday evening footage of the aftermath of the Azerbaijani shelling of a hospital in the northeastern part of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"Today, Azerbaijan targeted one of the hospitals located in the northeastern direction. Civilians also are being treated here. This attack is a gross violation of international humanitarian law," the Infocenter's Facebook page reads.
