YEREVAN. – The Azerbaijani military-political leadership has been waging an aggressive war against Armenia since July, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has noted this in a statement.

Accordingly, as a result of the aggression unleashed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against Armenia since September 27, one civilian was killed and three others —including a minor—were wounded in Armenia. Also, five servicemen not involved in the hostilities were killed and 11 others were wounded in Armenia.

The aforesaid circumstances are documented and confirmed as a result of actions carried out within the framework of criminal cases initiated along the lines of the crimes under the Criminal Code of Armenia.

Relevant actions are being taken to give full criminal-legal assessments to these aggressive crimes and some other crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces, and to prosecute the perpetrators.
