Azerbaijan continues to violate the ceasefire regime.
As of Artsakh State Emergency Service reporting Thursday noon, Stepanakert has been shelled, fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
As of Thursday 2 pm, there were heavy and persistent battles in the south of Artsakh.
A footage has been published of the aftermath of the Azerbaijani shelling of a hospital in the northeastern part of Artsakh.
Civilians also were being treated there.
The Defense Army has also presented the names of 49 more servicemen fallen, while the death toll has reached over 600.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has submitted a petition to the President to posthumously award the title of National Hero of Armenia to military unit commander, Colonel Vahagn Asatryan. Pashinyan on Thursday morning informed about this on Facebook.
"Colonel Asatryan fell heroically two days ago while defending the homeland from Turkish-Azerbaijani-terrorist aggression," he added.
In the meantime, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh, Commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan was conferred the military rank of Lieutenant General, Artsakh President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Thursday morning wrote on his Facebook.
The Defense Army of Artsakh also reports that a commander of the anti-tank battery, Captain Arsen Gabrielyan destroyed 12 tanks of the enemy and helped lead the battles of the Armenian troops to a positive outcome.
The Artsakh Defense Army has also shot down another Azerbaijani Su-25 fighter jet.
Meanwhile, a video was published that shows how the adversary's military manpower is hit by the accurate artillery fire of the Defense Army.

CSTO chief and Belarus president have discussed a situation in the Karabakh conflict zone
After a meeting, CSTO Secretary-General Stanislav Zas said the establishment of dialogue between the warring sides is underway in the South Caucasus.
“There is an active discussion on the issue of peacekeepers in this region [Nagorno-Karabakh – Sputnik],” Zas noted.
In the meantime, according to Russia's Kremlin, the deployment of peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only with the consent of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, during a press conference today, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan noted that Yerevan will address the CSTO only after taking all measures to ensure its security.

President and CEO of CBS Entertainment Group, George Cheeks, said that the company has fired two employees who confronted Armenian protesters in front of its studios Monday, one reportedly telling them, "I hope you die and I hope your country gets blown away."
In a letter addressed to Armenia’s Consul General to Los Angeles Ambassador Armen Baibourtian, Cheeks noted that 'this conduct does not align with the values of our company, and we condemn their language in the strongest terms.'

Independent journalist Lindsey Snell, who was one of the first to tell the world about the Syrian terrorists fighting for Azerbaijan against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), has published new respective evidence.
She tweeted what a Syrian National Army (SNA) militant, who recently returned from Azerbaijan, was saying.
“SNA fighter, recently returned from Azerbaijan: ‘My cousins and I have fought in Syria this whole war, and we’ve never seen anything like this. In one battle, 45 of us were on a small hill. One sniper killed 8 Sultan Murad and 2 Hamza. The snipers are like we see in movies,”’ Snell wrote.

With Turkish and Azerbaijan shelling of Artsakh and Armenia intensifying, over 100 US Senate and House of Representatives members have demanded an end to the aggression, with growing calls to sanction Turkey’s Erdogan and Azerbaijan’s Aliyev regimes for war crimes committed during this onslaught, the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) reported.
CRIMINAL CASE FILED

A criminal case has been filed against the Azerbaijani military for violating Geneva Convention and international humanitarian law amid the ceasefire.
The Artsakh Information Center has posted a statement noting out of national hatred, illegally, intentionally, with the use of firearms, Azerbaijan killed five civilians who were not directly involved in the military actions, as well as set on fire civilian houses and other buildings.
