The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army on Saturday morning released a video from the capital Stepanakert, and which shows the aftermath of the Azerbaijani shelling overnight.
"At night, the enemy, once again violating the humanitarian ceasefire, has shelled the peaceful settlements of Artsakh, including the capital Stepanakert," the respective statement reads.
