Azerbaijan has attacked over 130 Karabakh civilian settlements since September 27, destroying or damaging numerous infrastructure facilities and private property, Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan told reporters on Saturday.

According to him, over 7,800 private real estate objects, more than 720 cars, about 1,310 infrastructure, and industrial objects were seriously damaged.
