The shooting of Armenian prisoners of war by Azerbaijanis should be strongly condemned, Artsakh Ombudsman told a briefing.

He recalled a video published on October 15, which shows how two Armenian prisoners of war were shot, inhuman treatment and humiliation.

"One of them is a 70-year-old civilian. This must be strongly condemned by the international community and the human rights community," he noted.
