The central market of the capital Stepanakert was shelled by Azerbaijan at 7:08am Saturday, a part of the public infrastructure was destroyed, and great material damage was inflicted on the citizens, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) TV reported.

To note, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs as well as the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on Friday issued a joint statement which, among other commitments, demanded not to target civilian infrastructure. But Azerbaijan violated this commitment just 7 hours after the release of the aforesaid statement.

Shushi town of Artsakh was also targeted Saturday morning.
