We were told to go on foot to the Turkish border. We did so, crossed the border, the border guards did not tell us anything, did not ask any questions. We were led across the border by a commander named Abu Khamshah, who certainly had an agreement with the border guards,” the terrorist noted.

He added that there were 5 buses at the border checkpoint that took them to a civilian plane in Turkey.

“The buses took us to the airport entrance, we approached the checkpoint.

There were 2 Turkish police officers, one of whom was standing at the device for checking, in the other he was checking passers-by. We were not asked any questions, were not required, or checked any passports. We were told to get on a plane, the doors of which were quickly closed by a Turkish soldier. About an hour after the flight, the plane landed at some other airport in Turkey. We were greeted by over 50 soldiers who were in the uniform of the Turkish Armed Forces. We passed between them and got on a civilian plane with the flag of Azerbaijan. It landed in Azerbaijan on October 18.
