Artsakh human rights defender Artak Beglaryan has met with Belgian MP Georges Dalman and presented the humanitarian situation amid Azerbaijani aggression

Artak Beglaryan spoke in detail about the consequences of Azerbaijan's deliberate shelling of civilian settlements in Artsakh, as well as cases of inhuman treatment of Armenian prisoners of war and the bodies of killed servicemen.

According to him, while significant work is being done on the ground to gather evidence of a humanitarian disaster, the presence of international partners, parliamentary bodies, and human rights organizations is essential for a fact-finding mission.
