The preliminary debates on the bill on the state budget of Armenia for 2021 have started Monday in the standing committees of the National Assembly.
The rapporteurs are the Minister of Finance, Atom Janjughazyan, and Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Martin Galstyan.
And Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan, and Chairman of the Statistical Committee Stepan Mnatsakanyan have been invited to these debates.
