Azerbaijan, with a population of 10 million and huge oil revenues, admitted—after July 2020—that it is unable to resolve its security issues on its own, and turned to thousands of mercenaries for help, the comprehensive evidence of which we already have. The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on Monday wrote this on Facebook.

"The engagement of mercenaries and terrorists in the aggression waged against Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] is a threat not only to Artsakh and Armenia, but also to international security, and this issue should become a subject of international investigation," Pashinyan added.
