The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:

“Besides targeting peaceful settlements of Artsakh, the Azerbaijani-Turkish forces are applying incendiary missiles in forest zones of almost all regions of Artsakh.

Firefighting-rescuers of the State Service for Emergency Situations are fighting to put out the fires in accessible places, but the disaster remains an issue.

With this, the enemy is trying to add to the humanitarian disaster with an environmental disaster and is causing significant harm to the fauna and flora of Artsakh.”
