Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrey Rudenko says there are have been some developments with regard to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the scope of the OSCE Minsk Group, RIA Novosti reported.
Rudenko mentioned that Moscow supports a political settlement of the conflict and that the interests of all the interested parties need to be taken into consideration. He added that it is too early to talk about the meeting of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“Negotiations are being held at the level of experts, and first and foremost within the scope of the Minsk Group,” Rudenko said.
