By the decrees signed by President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan, the Assistant to the President, the Deputy Prosecutor Generals and a member of the State Statistics Council have been relieved of their posts, and the powers of a member of the Central Electoral Commission have been prematurely terminated.

The head of state has also approved governmental decisions according to which the First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social and Housing Affairs, the Deputy Minister of Urban Development, the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Education, Science and culture, the acting Chief of Staff of the State Revenue Committee and the Assistant for Government Affairs of the Staff of the President have been dismissed from their offices.
