The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:

“A short while ago, Stepanakert was shelled. According to preliminary data, there is one victim.

The Azerbaijani-Turkish forces fired a missile from the Smerch multiple rocket launcher in the direction of the Mother and Child Health Maintenance Center of Stepanakert. According to preliminary data, one citizen has been transferred to the hospital.

The enemy also fired at a residential district, one garage and car were burnt, significant damages were also caused to residential homes next to the garage and car

Three missiles were fired from a Smerch in the direction of Shushi. Currently, two homes are on fire here. Firefighters and rescuers are working on the spot.
