Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan has posted the following on his Facebook page:
“A short while ago, Azerbaijani soldiers shelled the capital Stepanakert of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Certain presses in Stepanakert reported that cluster munition has been used again.”
Tatoyan also posted a video showing the consequences of the shelling.
