Earlier, the State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) had reported that two citizens near the Mother and Child Health Center (Republican Maternity Hospital) were wounded during the shelling of Stepanakert, adding that one of them is undergoing a surgery and the other is about to undergo a surgery.
