The Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has posted the following on his Facebook page:

“The data regarding the consequences of the Azerbaijani crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh since September 27 have been updated based on the results of the fact-finding mission of the Office of the Human Rights Defender.

Before November 3 included, a total of 46 peaceful civilians were killed as a result of targeting of civilian settlements by Azerbaijan, including 1 girl, 7 women and 38 men. A total of 144 people received bodily injuries, of which 123 received serious injuries. Out of the 123, 104 are male citizens, and 19 are female citizens.

Great material damage has been caused to 170 settlements of the Republic of Artsakh, particularly 13,800 private immovable properties, 2,100 private movable properties, 3,100 infrastructures and public buildings and businesses.”
