The cities of Berdzor and Shushi, with adjacent settlements, are being shelled by Azerbaijan, the State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reported in a statement Thursday.
"The air-raid siren is sounded here. There are no data about the affected yet," the statement also said.
