Stepanakert, after last night’s shelling, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Service for Emergency Situations wrote Sunday morning on Facebook.

"Since September 27, the signature of the enemy targeting the civilian population [of Artsakh] has not changed," the service added and, also, published photos from the capital Stepanakert, after last night’s shelling by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
