The Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Artak Beglaryan, on Sunday delivered a new video message from the area of the capital Stepanakert Music School, which was shelled by Azerbaijan last night.
In his message, Beglaryan said that Azerbaijan and Turkey continue their war crimes by shelling the civilian infrastructures.
Also, the Artsakh human rights defender called on the international community not to turn a blind eye to what is happening.
