The Azerbaijanis cannot attack the capital Stepanakert from Shushi city. Anushavan Danielyan, former Prime Minister of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Monday wrote about this on Facebook.
"Since Shushi is under our control," Danielyan added.
