The Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia has addressed the Armenians of Russia with the following on its Facebook page:

“Dear Armenians of Russia, Azerbaijan is making another attempt to make provocations in third countries and incite interethnic conflicts and disturbances. During this period, we ask you to be vigilant and careful, not give in to provocations and cooperate with local law-enforcement officers. Now we need to look towards and use our potential for Armenia and Artsakh.”
