The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can’t be settled by force, and Moscow doesn’t share Ankara’s view on the issue. This is what Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said.
“We have very clearly defined our approach to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and stated that there is no military solution. As you have heard several times, Ankara has made other statements in this regard. I can only reaffirm Russia’s view that the country doesn’t support a settlement by force. We call on the parties to speedily stop the fighting, and we aspire to achieve this,” she told Radio Ekho Moskvi.
