The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:

“During the day, Azerbaijan continued to keep the peaceful settlements of Artsakh under fire, particularly Stepanakert.

In the afternoon, Azerbaijan shelled the city more than 10 times with long-range missiles.

As always, the targets were civilian infrastructures, the communications systems and apartment buildings and residential districts of the capital, even the round park named after Stepan Shahumyan.

There is much devastation in the city. There are no victims.

There is no military object in the shelled districts.”
