Factor.am reports that Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin was in the building of the Government of Armenia late this evening.
Spokesperson of the Prime Minister Mane Gevorgyan had no comment on the purpose of the Ambassador’s visit.
