Former Prime Minister of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Anushavan Danielyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“The National Assembly of Armenia must immediately convene a session and denounce the document signed by the Prime Minister.

True, the peacekeeping troops are already in place, but the new negotiators must not be constrained by the document on capitulation during the future negotiations.”
