Former US Ambassador to Georgia Ian Kelly has criticized Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili's statement on an agreement on Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"How can a Georgian President congratulate an agreement that locks in another Russian occupation in Caucasus and locks out the West?" Kelly wrote on Twitter.
The President of Georgia had stated that she welcomes the joint statement by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia on the cessation of the war in and around Artsakh.
