Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev discussed the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict during phone talks.
The press service of the Kremlin reports that the President of Kazakhstan stated the effectiveness of Russia’s efforts for ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. “Both parties expressed certainty that the complex of actions agreed at the highest level on November 9 create preconditions for a long-term and large-scale settlement of the crisis around Nagorno-Karabakh for the benefit of the Armenian and Azerbaijani peoples,” the press service reported.
