Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar today declared that representatives of Russia and Turkey will discuss the tactical and technical specifics of the agreement on Nagorno-Karabakh on November 13, TASS reported.

“Tomorrow an enlarged Russian delegation will arrive. Tactical and technical issues, including who will be deployed where and who will do what (in the region) will be discussed,” he said, adding that “Turkey is in the center of the settlement.” “We are at the negotiating table and ‘on the ground’.”

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a memorandum on the creation of a Russian-Turkish joint ceasefire control center in Nagorno-Karabakh was signed after the negotiations led by Minister of Defense of Russia, army general Sergey Shoygu and Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar via a video call.
