Spokesperson of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov today told reporters that President Vladimir Putin continues to maintain intensive contacts with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, upon necessity, TASS reported.

“The contacts continue rather intensively in case of need,” he said in response to a reporter who stated that the Kremlin’s press service hadn’t informed the media about all the telephone conversations that the three leaders had held while they were drafting the statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Talking about Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s statement that Putin held phone talks with Pashinyan on November 11, Peskov said “the press service [of the Kremlin] does not report many talks with Pashinyan and Aliyev.”
