President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today received commander of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation in Artsakh for ceasefire control, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, as Haroutyunyan reported on his Facebook page.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on specific issues related to implementation of the mission of the peacekeeping contingent.
