Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the establishment of an interdepartmental center for humanitarian response in Nagorno-Karabakh.

"To facilitate the solution of humanitarian issues and the restoration of civil infrastructure in Nagorno-Karabakh, I decide to create an Interdepartmental Center for Humanitarian Response," the document says.

The decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
