A consultation chaired by Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held, during which issues were discussed related to the provision of social guarantees for the families of the servicemen killed and those who have become disabled in the recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war.

In his speech, the Prime Minister noted as follows in particular: "One of the important directions of our forthcoming activities should be the issue of social guarantees for the families of the servicemen who have fallen, also, for the servicemen who have become disabled during the war."

Then, the activities were presented that are carried out within the framework of the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen to provide social guarantees.

Subsequently, Haykak Arshamyan, Executive Director of Hayastan All Armenian Fund, presented information on the funds received within the framework of the We Are Our Borders fundraiser, and the directions and goals of their use.

Reference was also made to the course of work on the implementation of social assistance programs and measures for the compatriots of Artsakh.

At the end of the consultation, PM gave specific instructions to those in charge of these activities to carry out the abovementioned works in the most organized, purposeful, and targeted manner.
