The Yerevan court of general jurisdiction is examining the lawfulness of the detention of commander of the legendary Sisakan Detachment, Colonel and recipient of the 2nd Degree Order of the Combat Cross Ashot Minasyan.
Minasyan is detained on suspicion of usurpation of power, preparation of murder for terminating the activities of a state, political or public figure and keeping illegal weapons and ammunition.
