Azerbaijan gave Armenia a delay to withdraw its troops from Kelbajar until November 25, TASS reported referring to the Azerbaijani president assistant.
The request for a delay is related to the insufficient capacity of the only road leading from the Kalbajar region to Armenia.
According to the assistant, Azerbaijan has given its consent to a postponement for humanitarian reasons.
