Russian military transport aviation performed 23 flights per day to transfer peacekeepers and equipment to Nagorno-Karabakh, Interfax reported referring to the defense ministry.

A total of 118 flights have been performed since November 10.

The military department noted that the deployment in Nagorno-Karabakh of the Russian peacekeeping contingent with the headquarters in Stepanakert continues.

Earlier, the Russian defense ministry reported that the creation of an interdepartmental center for humanitarian response will be completed by November 20 in Nagorno-Karabakh. The center's forward group has already arrived in Karabakh.
